A Guided Meditation for Cacao Ceremony

Preparation:

  3. With each breath, feel yourself becoming more grounded and centered. Allow any thoughts or distractions to gently dissolve, returning your focus to the sensation of drinking cacao and the rhythm of your breath.

Reflection and Gratitude: 9. Once you have finished your cacao, take a moment to reflect on your experience. Notice any insights or shifts in awareness that have arisen during your meditation practice.
